Qualified roles are roles that our account management team has recently reviewed and confirmed as active and ready for submissions. They're highlighted to help you focus on roles that need recruiter support right now and are likely to move quickly.

What makes a role qualified

A role is qualified when:

• The hiring team has checked in with the Paraform team in the last 7 days.

• The company is actively hiring and has indicated an immediate need for recruiter volume.

• Our team evaluates the role as competitive and worth recruiters' attention.

These roles are part of an early program to highlight where recruiters can most effectively spend their time, so expect the experience to keep improving.

Where you'll find qualified roles

You'll see qualified roles in a few places:

• The Qualified roles tab on Browse

• A badge on the role card

• A callout on the role page explaining why it's highlighted

You can always remove the filter to return to the full marketplace view.

How long a role stays qualified

Qualified status is temporary. A role returns to normal browse after 7 days, or once it's already getting enough recruiter coverage (for example, strong submission volume, or other recruiters have already slotted it).

Why you should work on qualified roles

Qualified roles are designed to be the highest-leverage places to focus, because the company is responsive, submission volume is needed immediately, and you have a higher chance of driving interviews quickly. These roles are more likely to convert into hires.
