Single Submissions
Last updated: October 29, 2026
Single submissions are built for a candidate-first approach: when you have a high-caliber candidate for a role that isn't a primary role, you can submit them directly without requiring role approval.
How single submissions work
Weekly allowance. You start with a set number of single submissions each week, shown on your dashboard.
Flexible usage. You can use single submissions flexibly, whether that's one candidate to a few roles or several candidates to one role each (a candidate can have up to three submissions awaiting review at once). Some roles don’t accept single submissions. We strongly recommend reserving them for candidates you know are high-caliber.
Pipeline visibility. When you single submit, you can track your candidates' progress from the Single submissions dashboard. Single-submitted candidates are marked in your Candidates dashboard with a purple paper airplane icon.
Performance-based adjustments. Your weekly allowance updates automatically every Monday at 9:00 am PT based on your first-round interview rate over the last 30 days, so strong single submissions earn you more. If your interview rate is high enough, submissions to your Recommended roles and Possible fits don’t use a credit at all. No exceptions regarding more single submissions will be made.
Credits returned on conversion. You also earn a single submission credit back whenever one of your previous single submissions converts to a first-round interview.
Weekly allowance by interview rate
Everyone starts with 5 single submissions per week. Once you have enough resolved submissions in the last 30 days, your allowance moves to the band that matches your platform-wide first-round interview rate (Primary, Single Sub, and ParaAI submissions all count).
