Recruiting doesn't always go as planned. Paraform Guarantees are how we make sure the recruiters who consistently bring depth and quality to a role are rewarded for it, not just the one whose candidate happens to land the job.

How it works

When an eligible role closes or remains paused for at least 14 consecutive days, it will be automatically evaluated for a Paraform Guarantee.

• Up to $1500 will be automatically distributed among the top 3 qualifying recruiters, with individual rewards as high as $500.

• Eligible roles will have a Guarantees Shield.

  

How to qualify

To be considered for a Paraform Guarantee reward, you need to meet the following criteria:

• Have 3+ reviewed submissions to the role.

• Be slotted for at least 8 days on the role.

• Have it set as a primary role at the time of the closure or pause.

• Make no hires on the role.

What earns a reward

Paraform Guarantees are based on the depth of your work on the role relative to the other recruiters on it, not the role's final outcome. The stronger and more substantive your work compared to the field, the higher your standing. Reward eligibility is calculated automatically, and looks at:

• Unique volume. How many reviewed candidates you submitted.

• Candidate quality. How strong those candidates were, based on the first-round interview rate.

• Pipeline depth. The furthest stage your candidates reached.

How to receive your payout

• Your work is evaluated. We automatically calculate your eligibility for a payment relative to the other recruiters on the role.

• You're notified. If you qualify, you'll see a notification in-app the next time you visit /recruit. You'll be asked to complete a short feedback form for the top candidates you submitted on that role.

• You're paid. Once you submit the form, the payout is queued. Payouts are processed to your connected Stripe account for the preceding week's earned awards every Monday.

Reward exclusions

Not every role qualifies for a Paraform Guarantee, and there are a few specific circumstances that are always ineligible:

• Contract-to-hire roles. For roles that are contract-based instead of permanent placements, no award will be issued.

• Paraform roles. While we appreciate you helping us grow the Paraform team, our internal roles are only eligible for earned placement payments.

• Exclusive roles. Roles for which you've been granted exclusivity don't qualify for an award, regardless of whether a placement is made.

Didn't get a payout you expected?

If an eligible role you worked on closed or paused, you believe you met all of the criteria above, and you didn't receive a payout, first double-check the Paraform Guarantees dashboard to ensure you don't still need to enter candidate feedback. If you aren't seeing an award there:

• Email team@paraform.com within 30 days of the role's closure or pause date, and include:

  • The role title and company name

  • The date you understood the role to have closed or paused

  • A brief note on the candidates you submitted

• We'll review your activity on the role against the standard criteria and process a payout if you qualify.
