Paraform Streaks
Last updated: July 7, 2026
Some roles offer a streaks bonus—these are determined by the density of recruiters and your quality track record on the role.
Get paid up to $400 per interview on your best roles
The idea is simple: the best hiring outcomes happen when a recruiter goes deep on a role—sending multiple strong candidates consistently—rather than spreading thin across dozens of roles at once. Streaks is how we reward that.
How much do you earn?
Your reward climbs as your streak builds. Each first-round interview on a role pays more than the last:
Interview on the Streak | Reward |
1st | $200 |
2nd | $300 |
3rd and every one after | $400 |
There's no cap—once you reach the $400 tier, every additional interview keeps paying $400.
How do you qualify?
A golden streak badge appears on eligible roles when:
You've completed the role's trial: rewards unlock only after a primary role trial is completed, which means you need 2 submissions on the role.
There's still room for your submissions to matter: fewer than 5 candidates from the role are currently in the first-round interview stage.
Your interview rate stays healthy: keep your interview rate on reviewed submissions at 50% or above. If it drops below 50%, your streak on that role will end permanently.
The role isn't exclusive: exclusive roles aren't eligible for streaks.
Once you're in, keep sending strong candidates and the rewards keep stacking up the tiers. You can check your pending and paid streak bonuses anytime from your Streaks dashboard.

What pauses or ends a streak?
Streaks will be paused or ended when:
5+ candidates are in the first-round interview stage: if there are 5 or more candidates across all recruiters, your streak pauses, but your progress isn't lost. When the role has room again, your next qualifying first-round interview will resume from the reward tier you were at.
Interview rate dips below 50%: your streak is permanently ended.
21 days with no submission on a role: that role's streak resets back to the $200 tier.
