Curated Lists

Last updated: April 17, 2026

A curated list is a personalized set of Paraform roles you assemble for a specific candidate. They share it through a single link, and they can browse all the roles you think are a good fit and apply directly — without losing your credit as the recruiter who brought them in.

This article covers what curated lists do, how to create one, and the settings that make them most effective.

What a curated list does

When you create a curated list for a candidate, you get:

  • A single shareable link (paraform.com/lists/{id}) that shows the candidate every role you've added, in a clean dedicated view.

  • Direct-apply from the list. If you enable it, the candidate can apply to any role in the list with one click. Applications flow through you — you still get credit as the recruiter.

  • View notifications. Get an email the moment the candidate opens the list, so you know when to follow up.

  • Personalization. Add notes to each role explaining why it's a fit for this particular candidate.

Curated lists work especially well for candidates who aren't a fit for the first role you pitched but might be for others — you can quickly show them a handful of alternatives without writing individual outreach for each.

Creating a curated list

A few places to create one from:

  • The lists page. Go to paraform.com/lists to manage and create new curated lists.

  • From a candidate's profile. In the Candidates Dashboard overview or Suggested tab, open a candidate and create a list directly attached to them.

  • From a role. Click Add to curated list on any role in your dashboard or the Chrome extension to drop it into an existing list (or start a new one).

  • By copying. If another candidate already has a list that's mostly a good fit, use Copy list to duplicate it and personalize the roles and notes.

Settings that matter

On the settings page, you can set defaults that apply to every new curated list you create:

  • Allow candidates to apply directly from the list. Turn this on for most candidates — fewer steps to application means higher conversion, and you still retain attribution.

  • Notify me when the list is viewed. A quick email when the candidate opens their list is a strong signal for timely follow-up.

You can still override these per-list when you create or edit a specific curated list.

Using curated lists in outreach

Curated lists pair well with Email Sequences. Your sequence emails can include a token that automatically inserts the candidate's curated list link, so each recipient gets a personalized link to their own tailored set of roles — no manual copy-paste per candidate.
