Account Activity Reviews

As Paraform grows, we periodically review recruiter activity and outcomes across the platform. These reviews help us stay focused and high-touch with both the recruiters and the companies we work with.

This article covers what an account activity review is, what happens to your account during one, and what to expect if your account enters longer-term pause.

What triggers a review

Reviews look at submission quality, interview conversion, and platform activity over recent history. What happens during a review

If your account enters a review period, you'll get a notification email, and a few things change:

  • New activity is paused. You won't be able to browse or claim new roles, submit new candidates, or start new recruiting work.

  • Your existing pipeline is unaffected. You can still log in, view and manage candidates already in process, and continue supporting any ongoing hiring workflows.

The goal is to keep work already underway with hiring teams moving smoothly while we evaluate overall platform capacity and individual recruiter performance.

Reviews typically run for a defined period while we assess. In some cases, accounts return to normal activity if the review indicates that's appropriate. In others, the pause is extended.

If activity is paused longer term

If we decide to extend the pause beyond the initial review period, you'll receive a follow-up email explaining the decision. Any candidates already in process continue as normal, but you won't be able to submit new candidates or work new roles during the extended pause.

As Paraform evolves and we reopen capacity, we may work together again in the future — an extended pause isn't necessarily permanent.

  • Respectful of the time and effort recruiters have invested

  • Fair to both recruiters and hiring teams
