Paraform Challenges

Paraform Challenges are time-bound goals that pay a bonus when you hit them. They reward recruiters who show up consistently and deliver quality candidates.

How you'll hear about each week's challenge

Every week, Paraform sends you a challenge email with that week's target, payout, and any options you can choose between. Check your inbox at the start of each week for the specifics—that email is always the source of truth for your current challenge.

Ramp-up for new recruiters

When you're new to Paraform, your first few challenges are structured to help you build momentum. Targets and payouts are designed to be approachable as you get going, and they scale up as you get more comfortable on the platform. The exact targets, payouts, and timing for each step come in your weekly challenge email.

Selecting your challenge

When a week's challenge has options to choose between, you pick from them in your dashboard before the deadline shown in your email. If you miss the deadline, Paraform auto-assigns you a baseline challenge so you still have a chance to earn.

Agency challenges: Some challenges are scoped to an entire agency. If that's you, only the agency owner selects the challenge, and every agency recruiter's submissions count toward the goal.

What counts toward your progress

You can follow your progress towards your weekly challenge from the right-hand panel of your dashboard. There are a few requirements to keep in mind:

  • Distinct candidates only. Each candidate can count once per challenge—no repeats.

  • 60%+ interview rate on your submissions during the challenge window. Hitting the target without maintaining the interview rate doesn't qualify.

  • Properly vetted candidates only. Candidates who don't pass Paraform's code of conduct (e.g., not properly screened for the role) won't count.

  • Some roles are excluded. Paraform roles aren't considered towards challenges. Part-time and contract roles are also generally excluded.

  • No-shows don't count. If your candidate schedules an interview but doesn't attend, or fails to reschedule an interview, their submission will no longer count towards that week's challenge.

Some challenges add additional requirements on top of these (for example, requiring submissions on primary roles only, or only allowing candidates who have never been previously submitted). These requirements will always be highlighted in the right-hand panel and in your challenge email.

Payout timing

  • Challenge windows run Monday 9:00 AM PT → the following Monday 9:00 AM PT.

  • Challenge completion is finalized 7 days after the window ends, to give interviews from late-week submissions time to be recorded.

  • Your payout goes out by end of day Monday, two weeks after the challenge week starts.

  • If you hit the goal but something changes during the 7-day buffer (for example, a candidate no-shows for an interview) and your qualifying count or interview rate drops below the threshold, your completion can be revoked and the unpaid bonus removed.
