Email Sourcing

Paraform includes a built-in email finder that discovers candidate email addresses directly inside your Candidates Dashboard or via the Paraform Chrome extension — no separate enrichment tool needed.

Getting started

You can source emails in two places:

• Inside Paraform. Go to any candidate in your Candidates Dashboard, open their profile, and click Get Emails. Any available addresses are pulled in automatically.

• From LinkedIn or other sites. Install the Paraform Chrome extension, open a candidate's profile, and hit Get Emails from the extension. Results appear in the same Paraform candidate record.

Once an email is discovered, it's stored on the candidate's contact card in Paraform. From there, you can send them an email, add them to an Email Sequence, or tag them for follow-up.

Credits

Email sourcing runs on a monthly credit system. One successful lookup uses one credit. Credits reset at the start of each month.

• Standard Recruiters: 500 credits per month

• Preferred Recruiters: 1,000 credits per month

Tracking your usage

You can check your remaining credits at any time on your settings page. If you run out mid-month, the Get Emails button will stop discovering new addresses until credits reset — so it's worth checking usage before you start a big sourcing push.
