Parascribe: AI notetaker

Parascribe is an AI notetaker that automatically joins your candidate calls, captures the full transcript, and generates a structured summary.

• Automatic join. Parascribe joins your Google Meet, Zoom, or phone calls based on your settings—no manual setup per call.

• Full recordings and transcripts are stored in your Calls dashboard and in candidate profiles, private to you. You can rewatch, search, or jump to specific moments.

• Ask Parascribe anything about the candidate or the conversation. Post-call, an AI assistant answers natural language questions based on the transcript.

• Join settings. You control which calls Parascribe joins: all calls, only calls where a matching candidate email is in the invite, or none.

Why it matters: you stay fully engaged during the call instead of taking notes, and the transcripts Parascribe captures feed directly into Paraform's role matching, making recommendations for your candidates more accurate.

Scheduler: candidate booking

Paraform's built-in Scheduler gives you a personal booking link to share with candidates—no external scheduling tool needed.

• Your link is tied to your Paraform profile and your connected Google Calendar.

• Collect info at booking time. Request resumes, LinkedIn profiles, GitHub accounts, phone numbers, or custom fields upfront—whatever you need to be ready for the call.

• Parascribe joins automatically. Any call booked through Scheduler includes Parascribe by default, with no extra setup.

Draft for me: submission drafting

When you're ready to submit a candidate, click Draft for me inside any role. Paraform uses your call transcript, role requirements, intake notes, and hiring manager preferences to generate a first-draft submission.

The draft also flags potential concerns proactively (gaps in experience, compensation mismatches, etc.) so you can address them directly in your pitch instead of having the hiring manager raise them later.

Advanced role matching: recommended roles

After each candidate call, Paraform analyzes the transcript and matches the candidate against every open role on the platform. You'll see an instant list of roles where the candidate's background and interests line up with what the hiring team is looking for—so you can submit them where they're most likely to succeed.

3. Add your phone number (for phone call recording).

Once connected, Parascribe will start joining your scheduled calls, and Submission Drafting and Role Matching will activate automatically.
